All-you-can-eat does not mean cut-price. Every piece is made to order and brought to your table, and the set menu draws on the same carte as the à la carte service.
Service times
All-you-can-eat is served seven days a week, from 12pm to 3pm at lunch and 7pm to 11pm in the evening. The price depends on the service and the day, as listed above.
What you can order
Starters, soups, steamed dishes, tempura, grills, hot plates and vegetables, then the full sushi range: nigiri, gunkan, sashimi, carpaccio, tartare, uramaki, hosomaki, futomaki, temakizushi, inari, sushi burgers and bignè. House desserts close the meal.
Vegetarian dishes are flagged on the menu, as are the allergens in every preparation.
